Open enrollment is intended for HIV/AIDS implementers who will not be registering through any other means, including special invited guests, abstract presenters or delegates who will attend as part of a predetermined delegation.

All applications submitted by the deadline have been reviewed and notifications will be sent by e-mail on Friday, April 11, 2008. If you have applied through the open enrollment process but have not received a notification please contact the conference secretariat by e-mail hivimplementers@courtesyassoc.com. Please be sure to check your “junk/spam” mail to ensure that your notification was not misdirected.

Approved applicants will receive an e-mail notification with details on how to register for the meeting. The registration period for open enrollment applications is April 11 through April 28, 2008. Please visit the housing page for more details on how approved applicants can reserve a hotel room.
