• As an invited delegation member	March 7-April 22, 2008
• As a presenter (selected from abstracts or by special invitation)	March 14-April 22, 2008
• As an HIV/AIDS Implementer through Open Enrollment	March 14-April 28, 2008

Registration (presenters, delegation members, and open enrollment) can only be accepted during the dates listed above. Press may register through the Media Center of the website.
